01Payment Currency
All direct accommodation bookings are quoted and charged in United States Dollars (USD).
Guests paying with cards denominated in another currency may incur conversion charges determined by their card issuer or bank.
02Payment Method
Once an accommodation enquiry is accepted and the guest agrees to the booking terms and price, Anam Villa will issue a secure payment link through Bank of Maldives.
Guests complete payment directly on the Bank of Maldives payment page.
Anam Villa does not operate its own online card-processing checkout.
03Accepted Cards
Card payments are subject to the card brands and payment methods supported and enabled by Bank of Maldives for Anam Villa's merchant account.
Available payment methods are displayed on the payment page.
04Payment Schedule
For bookings made more than 30 days before arrival, a 20% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining 80% is due no later than 30 days before arrival.
Bookings made 30 days or less before arrival require full payment at the time of booking.
05Card Security
Payment card information is entered directly into the secure Bank of Maldives payment facility.
Anam Villa does not require guests to provide card PINs, security codes or one-time passwords to its staff.
Guests should verify that they are using a legitimate Bank of Maldives payment link before entering card details.
06Payment Verification
Payments are considered received once the transaction has been successfully verified.
Anam Villa will provide written booking confirmation after the required payment has been verified and the reservation accepted.
07Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within seven calendar days of approval, normally through the original payment method.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
08Transaction Records
Guests are encouraged to retain their booking confirmations, payment receipts, applicable booking terms and cancellation conditions.
